Erin Davis is a breast cancer survivor, mother of two young daughters, and a multipreneur living in Ontario, Canada. Diagnosed with Stage 3B Invasive Ductal Carcinoma at the age of 39 when her daughters were aged two and four, Erin receives ongoing treatment as she continues to heal and thrive.


As a Business Leadership Mentor and Wellness Educator, Erin has a deep desire to help others pursue their passions and support their own wellness. A former high school teacher who is also certified in reflexology, yoga, breathwork and flexibility coaching, Erin teaches people how to reconnect with their body, create sustainable, healthy habits, and lower their stress levels. Erin combines her experience and skills as an educator, her background in wellness, and her personal experience of growing through Cancer to deliver thoughtful, clear, and engaging lessons and workshops. Through her corporate wellness workshops and private coaching sessions, Erin demystifies the practices of yoga breathing, reflexology, mindfulness, and meditation to teach actionable and effective wellness practices that can be self-accessed at any time.
